1. Platform Description
Pryvelqon is an AI-driven digital platform for data analysis, automated insight generation and workflow management. The platform does not provide financial services, professional advice, or any regulated activity.
2. Access and Eligibility
Access to the Pryvelqon platform is granted following a review of your access request. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an access request. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pryvelqon Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination
